At SignFrog, we strive to ensure every order meets your expectations. If there is an issue with your order, we’re here to help.
Returns & Issues
If there is a problem with your order, you must contact us within 30 days of delivery.

Order Issues
If the issue is due to our error (defect, damage, or incorrect item):
- We will reprint and ship a replacement at no cost.
If the issue is not due to our error:
- The item must be returned to us
- Customer is responsible for return shipping
- A 50% refund of the order subtotal will be issued once the item is received

Damaged in Shipping
If your order arrives damaged, contact us and we will replace it at no cost.
Custom Products
Custom items (including personalized or printed products) are non-refundable unless defective or incorrect due to our error.
Stock Products
Non-custom (stock) items may be returned if:
- Unused
- In original condition
- Returned within 30 days
Non-Returnable Situations
We do not accept returns for:
- Damage after delivery (installation, misuse, etc.)
- Customer-provided design errors
