Return Policy

SignFrog.com Return & Refund Policy

While we always strive to make every order perfect, issues can occasionally happen. Our goal is to make your experience with SignFrog.com so smooth and satisfying that you’ll feel confident ordering again—and recommending us to others. To support that mission, we offer one of the most customer-friendly return policies in the industry.


Step 1: Let Us Know

If something isn’t right with your order once it arrives, please notify us within 30 days of delivery.

Please include your order number in the message. Your order number can be found in your confirmation email or by logging into your account on SignFrog.com.


Step 2: The Fix

If the issue is our mistake:

We will reprint and ship your corrected order at no cost, using our standard production time.

If the issue is on your end:

We will ask you to create a return label and ship the product back to us.
Please include the original packing slip inside the return package.
You may use any shipping carrier you prefer.

Once we receive the returned item, we will refund 50% of the order subtotal.
Returned products must be delivered to us within 30 days of your initial contact regarding the issue.

Damage From Shipping

SignFrog.com works with major shipping carriers to deliver your order safely.
If your order arrives damaged, we will coordinate with the carrier and reprint your product at no cost, using standard production time.


Exclusions

Certain issues are not covered under our return policy:

Any damage or problems occurring after successful delivery (installation, user modification, improper handling, etc.)

Issues related to direct mail services, including design, mailing, lists, or postage

All policies are subject to change without notice.

Defective product refunds and reprints will not exceed the amount paid by the customer or $1,000.00, whichever is less. Determination of defect is at the sole discretion of SignFrog.com.

In most cases, you may be asked to provide digital photos documenting the defect and/or return the defective items.

Free expedited reprints for orders lost in transit apply only to orders of $250 or less. Turnaround and shipping times on reprints may vary based on production capacity and management discretion.


Custom Items

"Custom Items" include any product that features printing on the item itself or on any component of it.
Custom Items can only be returned if the dissatisfaction is due to a SignFrog.com production error.


Stock Items

"Stock Items" include products without custom-printed graphics or texts.
To be eligible for return, Stock Items must be new, unused, and complete with all bags, parts, and accessories.
