1. What type of artwork files does SignFrog.com accept?
We accept Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Corel Draw, PDF, EPS, JPG, TIF, PNG, and WMF files. Vector files are preferred, with all text converted to outlines, paths, or curves. Non-vector files should be at least 300 dpi.

2. Can I submit RGB files for printing?
No. RGB files must be converted to CMYK for printing. RGB is for digital screens, while CMYK is required for physical printing. Colors may vary slightly after conversion.

3. How long does it take to receive my order?
Most items are produced the same day your order is placed, with shipping usually within 1–5 days depending on product type and customization.

4. Do you offer rush services?
Yes. Rush services are available upon request, and additional charges may apply. Please contact us for availability.

5. What happens after I place an order?
Once you check out, your design is sent to our state-of-the-art production facility. Our design and QA teams verify the file, schedule it for printing and fabrication, perform a final quality check, then hand-wrap, package, and ship your order.

6. Can I customize my banners, flags, or signs?
Yes! Most products are fully customizable with your logos, artwork, colors, and messaging.

8. Are your banners and signs weather-resistant?
Many of our products are suitable for outdoor use, featuring weather-resistant materials and UV protection. Each product page indicates indoor, outdoor, or dual-use suitability.

9. Can I order multiple sizes of the same product?
Yes. You can select multiple sizes and quantities of the same product during checkout.
